2007年9月——2013年12月:华中科技大学,光学与电子信息学院,工学博士学位;并获教育部博士研究生学术新人奖。
2014年6月——2022年10月:华中科技大学,光学与电子信息学院,讲师。
2017年4月——2019年4月:美国麻省理工学院,机械工程系,博士后研究(国家留学基金委青年骨干教师计划资助)。
2022年11月——至今:华中科技大学,集成电路学院,副教授。
教学与科研情况:
主讲本科核心课程《半导体物理》、《现代化学基础》、主讲研究生课程《二维原子晶体及其光电器件》。
获得华中科技大学教师教学竞赛二等奖、“我最喜爱的教师班主任”、华中科技大学大学生科技活动优秀指导教师。
主要研究领域:基于新型敏感电子材料的传感器及其与人工智能相结合的应用技术研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目、湖北省重点研发计划项目、GF和企业产学研合作项目等。作为第一作者/通讯作者,在Advanced Materials(封面文章、ESI被高引论文)、Journal of Science: Advanced Materials & Devices、Applied Physics Letters、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Advanced Healthcare Materials、Journal of Materials Chemistry C、Electrochimica Acta、Polymer、电子元件与材料、功能材料与器件学报等权威期刊上发表近30篇学术论文、论文累计被SCI引用1200余次、H指数20;累计获授权中国发明专利近20项。

Teaching and Research:
Teaches undergraduate courses "Semiconductor Physics" and "Fundamentals of Chemistry of Electronic Materials", and graduate courses "Optoelectronic Information Devices Based on 2D Nanomaterials". He won the second prize of the Huazhong University of Science and Technology Teacher Teaching Competition, “My favorite homeroom teacher” and the outstanding instructor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology College Students' Science and Technology Activities. Main research areas: basic theory and applied technology research of electronic information materials, devices and systems. He has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China Project, the Hubei Provincial Natural Science Foundation General Project, and the GF and Enterprise Industry-University-Research Cooperation Project. As the first author/corresponding author, he has published nearly 30 academic papers in journals such as Advanced Materials (cover article, ESI highly cited paper), Journal of Science: Advanced Materials & Devices, Applied Physics Letters, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Electronic Components and Materials, Journal of Functional Materials and Devices, etc., and the papers have been cited more than 1200 times by SCI, with an H-index of 20. Nearly 20 Chinese invention patents have been authorized.
Other: Leader of the Trade Union of the Department of Electronic Science and Technology, awarded as an advanced union worker by the University; Head of the college badminton club and captain of the college badminton team; Member of the Chinese "Chip" Chorus of the college faculty.
